Q1. How long do we have to wait to pick up our orders?
The in-store pickups are generally processed within 1-2 hrs of placing the order, we recommend calling prior to coming to the store to ensure the order is ready and packed.
Q2.Can I make an order over the phone?
We recommend placing an order online. That being said, we can take your order and issue an invoice via email if you provide one.
Q3. Is your store open to the public?
Yes, we would be delighted to see at our outlet store located at 1880 Kipling Ave., Etobicoke, ON
Q4.Where is Crown Cookware located?
Our factory, head office, and outlet store are based in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. For more detail on our address and hours of business, please see Contact us page. We look forward to seeing you.
Q5. Where are these pans produced?
All our bakeware and pizza pans are manufactured at our factory in Etobicoke, (West of Toronto), ON Canada.
Q6. Why are some of the prices lower in outlet store than online?
The in-store prices are our list prices. The Amazon and online pricing are higher as they include the cost of packaging, Amazon commission fees, the cost of advertising on those marketplaces, and shipping costs
Q7. Is it free shipping for online orders?
We offer free shipping for orders above $50 for most parts in Canada.
Q8. Do you offer free shipping to the United States?
No. we do not offer free shipping to the United States.
Q9. How long does it take to process my online orders?
Two to four business days.
Q10. Do you offer free shipping to rural areas?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping for rural areas in Canada.
Q11. Is your factory outlet open on Sundays?
We are not open on Sundays. We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and Saturdays 9am to 3pm
